How long would it take for me to receive my order?

We notify the estimated delivery date as soon as you complete your order. We take every effort to deliver your order within 3-5 business days.

Please be informed that we are not liable for any shipping delays, or loss of any kind resulting from unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances, such as: recipient was unavailable or un-contactable; incorrectly addressed orders; weather conditions and so on. We try our best to notify customers of the delay and estimated delivery date in such situations.

What are your delivery times?

Please check with our courier partner in your home town. Usually packages are delivered from Monday to Saturday between 09:00 -19:00. No deliveries on Sunday and on public holidays.

Which locations do you deliver to?

We deliver to all parts of India, Singapore, Malaysia and Dubai.

Do you offer free shipping?

Delivery charges are mentioned against each order. Delivery charges are waived for orders of Rs 5000 and above. Normally delivery charges are around Rs 50 and are applied for orders below Rs5000.

Is it necessary for me to provide identification when I receive the package?

No, but the authorized / intended recipient will be required to sign the delivery document upon the delivery of the package.

What should I do when I receive my delivery?

All packages are perfectly sealed. Upon receipt, please check for any external damages. We request you not to sign and accept if you see any sign of external damages and instead return the package back to the courier and we will replace the items to you within one week.

If you find that the product in the box is tampered or missing when you open the package, please contact our customer service  at +91    within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.

Can I modify my delivery address?

Once the order has been placed, you cannot change the delivery address. You have to cancel the order and re-order the product with the correct address. The payments, if you have already made, will be refunded to you as per refund terms and conditions.

Are in-transit products insured?

Yes all in-transit items are insured. If you feel item is damaged on opening, we request you  not to accept the item and report back to us immediately by contacting our customer service at +91…..

What can I do if the package was delivered to the wrong person?

Please contact our customer service to get help on such issues.

Who is your delivery partner?

We partner with Blue Dart and FedEx for local delivery in India and DHL for outside India.

How can I track my order and contact the courier if I have a complaint or enquiries?

Please track your order details on or directly through our delivery partners’ websites using your tracking number.
